主講人簡介：Larry Backer(白 軻)教授是一位古巴裔美國學(xué)者，他就職于美國賓夕法尼亞州立大學(xué)（Penn State University）法學(xué)與國際事務(wù)學(xué)院，擔(dān)任法學(xué)和國際事務(wù)學(xué)教授（the W. Richard and Mary Eshelman Faculty Scholar Professor of Law and International Affairs），著名的憲法學(xué)、中國法、比較公司法和國際法學(xué)者。白軻教授的研究領(lǐng)域非常廣泛，包括了憲法、中國法、公司法、歐盟法、比較憲法學(xué)與比較公司法學(xué)、國際商業(yè)交易以及全球化過程中的法律問題等。他的著述頗豐，已發(fā)表近百篇學(xué)術(shù)論文，出版專著十余本。他擔(dān)任了Ashgate Publishing全球化法律與政策叢書編輯（Ashgate Publishing Globalization Law & Policy Series editor, 2010–），華盛頓非政府組織和平與倫理聯(lián)盟執(zhí)行董事（the executive director of the Washington-based NGO Coalition for Peace and Ethics, 2006–），美國法律學(xué)會(huì)和歐洲公司治理學(xué)會(huì)的成員（the American Law Institute and the European Corporate Governance Institute）。他曾擔(dān)任荷蘭海牙法律國際化研究所（The Hague Institute for the Internationalisation of Law in the Netherlands），加拿大社會(huì)科學(xué)與人文研究委員會(huì)（Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada）等的同行評(píng)議專家。
